Are you passionate about making a difference ? Are you giving time, energy and heart to causes that matter – for human dignity, for justice, for future generations, for the Earth ? But alongside that passion, you may also feel frustration, anger, grief, overwhelm, or even burnout ? You’re not alone in this.

This 4-weeks course is designed for activists, changemakers, and anyone feeling the weight of these challenging times. Through mindfulness practices, gentle movement, breathing exercises, reflecting and sharing, we will explore together:

  • Week 1: Mindfulness of the body — calming the nervous system and anchoring in the present

  • Week 2: Being with emotions — gently meeting grief, anger, and fear with presence and acceptance

  • Week 3: Cultivating self-compassion and community — practicing ways to relate to ourselves and others in a nurturing, supportive way

  • Week 4: Sustainable action — pausing to listen and recharge, so we can keep going with resilience and balance.

NB! For those who want to continue practice we have a Mindfulness mediation class at 8.15. PM on Mondays and Yoga Nidra Soundhealing relaxation class at 8.15 PM Wednesdays, all participants have an open pass in Yogavin during the course.

„If the world is to be healed through human efforts, I am convinced it will be by ordinary people, people whose love for this life is even greater than their fear.“

„It is good to realize that falling apart is not such a bad thing. Indeed, it is as essential to evolutionary and psychological transformation as the cracking of outgrown shells.“

Joanna Macy

The most radical thing any of us can do at this time is to be fully present to what is happening in the world.“
