On December 21st, we’ll gather for the 6th time at Yogavin to honour the darkest day of the year and welcome the returning light. To acknowledge how far we have come and to set intentions for the abundant season ahead

Alda will guide a Manifestation Ritual, an evolving practice rooted in her work with the nervous system and seasonal transitions

Through movement, breath, rest, reflection, and a warm cacao, we will co-create a space to listen deeply to our inner wisdom and embody the energy we wish to carry forward.
