A sacred pause in nature’s rhythm and a powerful moment to reflect, realign, and expand.

On June 21st, we’ll gather at Yogavin to celebrate the light, how far we’ve come and to set intentions for the abundant season ahead

Alda will guide the group through a Manifestation Ritual—an evolving practice rooted in her work with the nervous system and seasonal transitions
Through movement, breath, rest and reflection, we’ll co-create a space to listen deeply to our inner wisdom and embody the energy we wish to carry forward.

This gathering is for anyone seeking to pause with intention, move with meaning, and plant seeds for a life of greater authenticity, joy, and connection
